LINK - Provide a mechanism of advocacy and support for our members and their organizations. Strengthen our network of professional people who can be used as a resource for sharpening skills and building essential knowledge. LEARN - Create a process for mentoring women in law enforcement. Build opportunities for learning and development for people serving Ohio in our law enforcement agencies. LEAD - Help our members become strong and effective leaders. Exercise integrity through the practice of ethics and a commitment to excellence. |
