Membership Levels
Active Members - All full-time sworn law enforcement officers of organizations with the power of arrest who are paid by or funded through public funds. OWLEN is currently accepting new members at NO COST (pending OPOTA certification/Agency commission verification). Active members can both vote and hold office.
Associate Members - All retired officers, part-time officers (paid by public funds) and any individual whose profession is supportive of law enforcement activities. OWLEN is currently accepting new members at NO cost (pending OPOTA certification / agency commission verification). Associate Members may vote but they cannot hold office.
Honorary Life - An active member who has served with honor and distinction as recommended by the Executive Committee and has been voted by the members. No annual dues are assessed for Honorary Life Members. Honorary Life Members can vote but cannot hold office.

Honorary - Persons of distinction whose vocations and interests are supportive to women in law enforcement and who have received the recommendation of the Executive Committee and have been voted by the members. No annual dues are assessed for Honorary Members. Honorary Members cannot vote nor hold office.
